Review and sign a proposal
- Open the link from the email. Tick any options under “Choose your options”; the total updates.
- Questions? Use “Questions”, then “Send question”. The contractor's reply comes by email.
- Click “Accept and sign”: agree to sign electronically, confirm your name and email, read to the end, then draw or type your signature and click “Sign and accept”.
- You're emailed the signed PDF. Not going ahead? Use “Decline” and add a reason if you like.
Add punch items on a walk
- Open the walk link and enter your name and email under “Who's walking?”.
- Click “Add item”, tap the drawing (or “Add without a drawing”), describe what needs fixing and add photos.
- Your items go to the contractor, who assigns them. You can see each one as received, being fixed or done.
Sign a completion certificate
- Open the link and click “Review and sign”. Any open punch items are attached to a substantial completion certificate.
- Follow the same steps as a proposal: consent, your details, review, then “Sign”. You're emailed the signed PDF.
Your handover documents
- Open the handover link: signed documents, as-built drawings, warranties, manuals and the punch list in one place.
- Click “ZIP” under “Download everything” to keep a copy, with an “Index PDF”.
- Use “Verify a PDF” to check that a signed document matches the original.
Shared drawings
- Open the link (enter the password if there is one, then “Open drawings”).
- If you can comment, tap the sheet to add a comment. The first time, give your name and email.
