Export from Bluebeam
- In Revu, open the Markups List, choose Summary, and export to CSV.
- Using Quantity Link? Upload your own workbook and map its columns once.
2
EstiMates reads it
- Subject, page label and measurement columns are recognised automatically.
- Measurements like “125.50 sf” are read with their unit.
- Feet-inches quantities such as 120'-6" are flagged for you to confirm, not silently converted.
3
Bid it out and send it back
- Build a bid package per trade from those lines and invite your subs.
- Level the bids in one grid, converted to your units.
- Export the award as CSV or XLSX with the same columns you imported, so it lines up with your Bluebeam numbers.
Also bring the PDF plan set: sheets are named from the title blocks, the whole set becomes searchable, and you can attach the right sheets to each bid package. All features
Also works with PlanSwift, STACK, On-Screen Takeoff, Sage and Excel.
