Works with STACK
Keep STACK for takeoff. Do the rest here.

1
Export from STACK
- Run a report, for example Takeoff Quantity, and export it to Excel or CSV.
- Upload the file, or copy the rows and paste them.
2
EstiMates reads it
- Primary and secondary quantities come in with their units of measure.
- STACK reports follow the columns on your screen. If yours are customised, map them once and the mapping is saved.
- Folders named by division (for example “09 - Finishes”) sort lines into MasterFormat divisions automatically.
3
Bid it out and send it back
- Build a bid package per trade from those lines and invite your subs.
- Level the bids in one grid, converted to your units.
- Export the award as CSV or XLSX with the same columns you imported, so it lines up with your STACK numbers.
Also bring the PDF plan set: sheets are named from the title blocks, the whole set becomes searchable, and you can attach the right sheets to each bid package. All features
Also works with PlanSwift, On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, Sage and Excel.
