Works with On-Screen Takeoff
Keep On-Screen Takeoff for takeoff. Do the rest here.
Use your On-Screen Takeoff conditions as bid scope, level sub bids, and send the numbers back. No plugin, no install, nothing to change in how you measure.

1
Export from On-Screen Takeoff
- Export the Worksheet to Excel for the cleanest import.
- The plain CSV from the Takeoff tab has no header row. That works too: you'll see the columns as A, B, C and name them once.
2
EstiMates reads it
- Conditions come in with Quantity 1, 2 and 3 and their units.
- Subtotal rows are skipped.
- Your column mapping is saved, so the next export goes straight in.
3
Bid it out and send it back
- Build a bid package per trade from those lines and invite your subs.
- Level the bids in one grid, converted to your units.
- Export the award as CSV or XLSX with the same columns you imported, so it lines up with your On-Screen Takeoff numbers.
